Alberto Esquenazi - Founder and CEO

CEO and Founder Alberto Esquenazi is in charge of charting Meta Network's exciting future. With his educational, professional, and military background (he was a first lieutenant in the IDF), Alberto is eminently qualified to manage the company's executive, strategic, and administrative branches.

After earning his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Mexico's Universidad Iberoameticana, Alberto graduated with an M.S. in Civil Engineering, Cum Laude, from Israel's prestigious Technion (Israel Institute of Technology). While attending the Technion, Alberto not only conducted research on Lean Construction as an innovative way to project and administrate LARGE building projects, but also submitted a study to the Israeli government's Building and Housing Department. Alberto continued to write articles on administration and management for Civil Engineering journals, and later used this in-depth knowledge to open his own real estate company, through which he bought, developed, and sold luxury villas.

Mariano Tesler - Founder and CEO

Mariano Tesler, CEO of Meta Network, makes sure that the company reaches its goals by setting strategies and managing daily operations like Media Buying, Sales, and Business Development. Before leaving his native Argentina, Mariano worked as a Mobile Marketing Manager.

After moving to Israel in 2001, he served in the IDF Reserve, earned a Master's degree in musicology from Bar Ilan University, worked as a Content Executive at Eurofun and, later, as a Media Manager at DSNR, where he managed a $6 million online advertising budget. In his spare time, Mariano likes to watch soccer and play tennis and the piano.

Buki Ben Natan - CTO

As MetaNetwork's CTO, Buki Ben Natan is responsible for the company's technological strategy and vision. He has over 10 years of experience in enterprise web applications, primarily in the retail FX industry. He holds a B.A. in Psychology.

Debora Krasuk - Regional Director for Latin America

Debora Krasuk is Meta Network's Regional Director for Latin America. She is in charge of the Argentina office, where she manages staff, selects team members, and ensures that all company goals and improvements are met and carried out.

After studying advertising (with an emphasis on copywriting) at the Asociacion Argentina de Agencias de Publicidad (AAAP), Debora worked as a Copywriter and Team Leader at Insite Latin America, working for the Hewlett-Packard account. In 2007, she became a Project Manager at Wunderman Buenos Aires and managed a team of Copywriters, Designers, and Developers and in 2008, she became a Senior Project Manager at Bridger Conway, where she coordinated an interdisciplinary team. When she's not managing and coordinating large teams, Debora enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, movies, and watching television series'.
